Lawrence Hsieh joined PLC as an editor for the Commercial Service. He is the author of the Corporate Transactions Handbook and The Small Business Contracts Handbook. He writes a regular column on contract drafting for the New York Law Journal and teaches a Business Law class at the University of New Haven.
